Business Development Manager

To support our continued growth as well as new product introductions, we are seeking a Business Development Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual is responsible for establishing strategic district partnerships and identifying new revenue streams for NaviGate Prepared sales.
A successful candidate is experienced at negotiating deals at the district level for K-12 education institutions and is comfortable working through RFP and board member decision making processes. District Administrator / Superintendent and School Safety Director interactions are frequent, and big picture thinking is a necessity to help the organization achieve its goals.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of NaviGate Prepared school safety software at the district level. Your responsibilities will include, driving the necessary business relationships with education leaders to establish new business that will lead to long-term high revenue business opportunity.
This role will be responsible for the entire end-to-end strategic partnering process and a seamless transition to our Customer Success Team who will manage retention and upsell responsibilities.
